Dave Dartnall
Originally from Overlake Christian Church in Redmond, WA , Dave serves as Executive Director of Focus Worship, a ministry which helps churches create God-honoring and life-changing worship environments and experiences. Focus address all aspects of worship ministry in the church, and brings events like this one to local churches. Dave graduated from Puget Sound Christian College and studied for his Master of Divinity in Honors degree at Emmanuel School of Religion. He is a member of the Emmanuel Chapter of the International Society of Theta Phi, an honor society for theological students, scholars in the field of religion, and outstanding religious leaders. His experience on staff in local churches as a pastor includes positions in high school youth ministry, as a senior pastor and worship pastor, in churches ranging from new church plants to mega and multiple-campus churches. His experience in para-church ministry includes serving as a Promise Keepers Arena Event praise band leader, conference speaker and clinician, and for the past four years as a full-time consultant, trainer, and resource for churches in the area of worship ministry. Dave will help us envision how to keep the main event from being a plain event, and to see how weekly worship services can be used by God to make miraculous transformations in our lives. |

Gary Cox
Gary has been serving on staff as a youth pastor and worship pastor for many years and is one of the most gifted band leaders around. He is the real deal: a song-writer, arranger, guitar player, keyboard player, worship leader, superb vocalist, awesome family man, and plays bass guitar like a musician from heaven! |

Eric Popowicz
Eric has a gift which has helped hundreds of thousands of worshipping believers throughout the years connect intimately with God. And he does this all through his fingers and feet! One of the best Hammond B3 organ players on the planet, Eric’s sensitivity to life-changing moments in worship is powerfully unique. He also plays professionally in the popular entertainment band, “Dr Funk” and lives in Bothell, WA. |
|
Dan Dartnall
Dan is the youngest presenter and band member on the team, but has skills on par with the rest of us who have been playing, leading, and speaking for years. He is considered one of the top Christian drummers in the Pacific Northwest, recently toured with “The Directory,” and is looking forward to helping us connect with Christ in times of worship. He is one of the producers for the URock bands with Creatio at Northwest University, and is a private drum instructor. Dan’s prominent gift lies in his focused ability to deliver moments in songs which capture our hearts in praise to God. He is a master at bringing all of the detailed mechanics together which drummers are responsible for in keeping a band playing “in the pocket.” Dan will be walking through the workflow drummers need to know in order to play skillfully for the Lord. |

His experience includes touring with The Rolling Stones, Jethro Tull, and many other national acts as their systems engineer. He is in demand for and has extensive experience with the highest level of system designing in the world, like Las Vegas performance venues. And at the center of his mission for Christ, serving churches by designing and installing systems for worship centers here in the Pacific Northwest as part of the Focus Worship team. On weekends, he plays guitar in his church’s worship band and mentors their youth ministry bands. |

Fred Tibbetts
Fred is a world-class guitar player for Jesus! He is one of the most sought-after session and live concert guitarists in Seattle. He spent many years touring with well-known artists and performing many styles of music, including jazz, funk, rock, country, and blues, to name a few. Fred’s passion for playing guitar motivated him to be as versatile a player as possible, and now lives to play for the Lord. It is his passion, his purpose, and his life before our God. You will see what we mean when you hear him play notes and tones which enhance the worship times you are about to experience with him. Those who attend his sessions will discover the secrets of playing skillfully for the Lord. |
